Easy and Inexpensive Face Masks:
It is important to cleans and tone your face morning and night followed by an appropriate moisturiser for your skin tone and age. I love the Aromatherapy Associates and Clinique Products which are gentle on your skin.
Asprin and Lemon Juice Mask: This is brilliant!
Purchase Asprin Tablets from your local Supermarket - the cheapest ones should be around $1.20 for 24 tabs.
STEP 1) Put 8 tablets in a small bowl and add half a squeezed lemon juice. Apply to face and neck, avoiding eyes, with a cotton pad to a clean face. Small stings may occur if you have abrasions. Leave this on for ten minutes and Rinse off :-) Your face will feel fresh, smooth and tight!!! Moisturise afterwards!
If you have the time to relax, put cool cucumber over your eyes and have a rest on the couch focusing on deep breathing!!!
alternatively, rinse green tea bags under water and put in the freezer - when cold put these on your eyes!
Mango, Honey and Sweet Potato Mask: Steam a x-small sweet potato, and let cool, blend with half a mango and add 1 tbs of manuka honey (or ordinary honey of you don't have manuka)- evenly rub over face and neck and leave for 10 minutes, then wash off. Add frozen tea bags (hold tea bags under water and then pu in freezer for 5 minutes) to eyes for full face effect.
Remember, if it's good for your insides, it's most likely good for your outside too :-)
BATHING
Try using beneficial Epsom Salts in your bath once per week. This is great for muscles and healing.
Add 1kg of Epsom Salt and 1kg of Sodium Bicarbonate and submerge yourself for 25 minutes. Enjoy the benefits!
